Animal species that can be found in this park are zebra, giraffe, buffalo, elephant, waterbuck, warthog, baboons, velvet monkeys, Red Forest Duikers, the fascinating Abyssinian black and white Colubus monkeys and sometimes the leopard. More than 400 bird species have been verified in the park including Flamingos and other Eurasian migrants, which can be seen between October and April.
